Calling the flop bet is useless since there are 0 turn cards you can fold if villain shoves.

I would bet a bit stronger on the flop just to try and discourage light checkraises. $13 is a good amount and also what I would bet with 2 pair on the flop.

Once you get checkraised you're beating precisely QJTx and nothing else. You're flipping against a hand like 98xx, and given you have 2 blockers villain could well have 75xx here or even a set...

It sucks a lot but you probably have to puke and fold because you could be dominated by stuff like AAJT or JT98. I just don't see how he can bluff in this spot, it's such an unbalanced line to take to go for a checkraise on the flop after 3 betting preflop that he has to have a super strong hand to do it with.
