SB 3-bet is very large, I think he´ll go all-in whatever he holds, so I´d make it 10$ pf.
If you decide to call, then you could re-raise flop (I´d make it small 9$ re-raise) this way he can shove with worse hands+ some flushdraws and maybe Ax hands and you don´t have to worry when ace comes on the turn.
Turn. I´d bet 7$. This way he can call with medium pp. Shove seems too strong to me.
