it's close if i call turn call river?

I think the range u gave him is a little too wide. I dont think he plays all 98o necessarily but anyway he is getting rly good odds and hes a fish so that could be ok.

Assjmig villain bets the river again 6 into 7.80, your pot odds on the turn after taking into account river action is 7.80/19.80 = 40%

If his river bet is smaller than u should be priced in to call here. We also didnt include any bluffs in his range which is not necessadily the case. Perhaps we can assign him some bluffs and draws abt 5-10% of the time. This should skew the decision more towards a call.
