Preflop: i would just fold here. Playing this OOP just sucks, and your hand is not even a suited connector, it's a suited one gapper which is somewhat weaker.
Flop: C/C is fine, I wouldn't mind C/R as well and you can do that with your sets.
Turn: I don't like raise/folding here. You should either raise/call (you need to raise to a committing amount) or c/c again. Having to fold such a strong hand is a real waste. I prefer c/c in this case cos you are deep and it's hard to raise to a size which commits you.
