Pokerstars Didn't Want Me To Win?

These two hands happened back to back. At this point I had got a good read on the table, and was just getting into the run of things and starting to build my stack thinking I could get a good run going.

And then these happened, was the mistake with me, or did I just get unlucky? Too lose a 5:1 and a 4:1 favourite seems like the latter to me lol.

These plays are totally standard, wp on both! Altho with the first hand you can just open shove as you are playing 15bb effective, and it will avoid any awkward flats behind you.

You just got unlucky, if you are making the right play, or you get your money in as favourite, then you should feel good!

If you want to play MTTs you have to get used to things like this happening on a daily basis at moments that are going to be for a lot of chips.

Thanks. Makes me feel better lol. Luckily I satellited into the storm for $1. Just had that feeling I could run deep with a nice easy table lol. Ah well
