Q: Was I correct to put the money in here on flop or I overplayed my hand?

I thought he would do this with AT,JJ, preflop slowplayed QQ-AA.
I saw no reason for him to donk pot with a set on that dry board. Two pair could a be a possibility too.

What do you think?

Hello,

I'm fine with going broke here, especially since he is probably 3betting TT preflop, so he's only left with 22/44 for sets, and he might not donk with those.

Best,
Plamen

Why not just call?

Calling is an option if we do think he has a lot of bluffs, as if he is 3betting Tx he isn't really folding.

Against unk. I could raise/fold or just call-down this hand. C'mon - who donks overpot and then 3-bets with Tx or so? It's almost always a set that can't slowplay on such a board - they are in a rush to get it in. I would need some reads that he seems overly aggressive.

Both calling and raising are decent options and against more spewy opponents I would want to raise to maximize my value against Tx.
