I fold pre. I checkfold flop. QxX boards hit calling ranges which contains many aq kq qj qts type ofnhands. Also u dont have backdoor flush equity which is great for blocking flushdraw combos from your opponents' ranges (more fold equity) and also allows u to barrel more turns.

could you explain about folding it pre flop? where is the point?

Well its just way too loose. Im always folding it from the hijack even and when u are in mo1 it seems like an ez fold (im never opening it in 6max utg which is essentially the same as your position here).

U just end up getting called by hands that dominate your hand. Im not sire what else to add here.

We have probably fishy player on the CO and I thought that KTo is good enough to play against this player but as you said is not so...
which hands would you open in this situation and why?

If the fish was in the sb or bb then your argument for making this loose raise would be much stronger.

This is basically weighing the advantages of playing vs the fish vs playing vs other regs oop w a weak hand. Dont forget that w 5 other players left to act behind u, u will often get 3betted out of the hand. Wven if they call they can use their positional advantage vs u.

And being oop vs the fish is not even that great of a situation to be in. And if co calls u, bu sb bb are highly incentivised to squeeze light here.

In youe position ill open around the top 12-15% of hands. This range does not include KTo. Maybe KQo and KTs+, alog w some suited aces and mid/high suited connectors and broadways.
