Have anyone move up from the $1 - $15 45man MTT on pokerstars whether turbo or regular?
..Or did they get tired of the Variance and switch to Cash Games when they had beaten the micro MTT?

I think most people will switch to 180men or even normal MTT's once they beat the micro's. Especially the 180s should be more profitable, while the variance isn't that much higher.
People who can't stand the variance will most likely switch to SNG's, since they are more similar to MTSNG's then cashgame.
