i sent an ticket also and no one anwsered me
is there any problem?

It will take up to 48h for the ID check and up to 48h for the money transfer sometimes a little bit longer then its weekend.
BTW there are several treads aboout this question.

Did you enter all required information in your poker account?
Are you from the USA? (we can't send the money to players from the USA)
and as hepcat already said (thx btw) it can take up to 96h after sending the ID to get the money.
