Double barrel or better not?
I would double barrel as we can semi-bluff now. If he calls and we hit flush we can get paid as he probably would not put us on backdoor. If he folds also good.
If we check he may bet an amount which will make us fold.
Also want to see judge opinion on this as I am faced with similar situations at times.

This is a pretty good spot to 3 barrel. Your opponent will not slowplay very often on that flop because it's reasonably connected. Also, his calling range contains many hands like 46, 67, 65, clubs that call turn again so your turn FE is not huge but on the river most of his range has to fold on blanks. Last but not least, your equity is very high too which helps with bluffing.

So even vs not full stacks we can fire 3 barrels when equity on the turn is sufficient to justify the 2nd one and when his range is probably weak on the river?
You probably don't have enough FE here for the second barrel, it's close but him not folding turn means he reaches river with a weak range so you get more folding equity on river.
Stack size is not that relevant. Ofc, you don't want to bluff too much against people that don't fold but here your opponent will not how the best hands possible on the board plus will have many mediocre hands like previously described. It's based a lot on his range and board texture since we don't know his showdown tendencies.
