Your 3b shove is fine here, you're only 12bb effective so we should be looking to get out Ax in preflop as much as possible.
Just shove at this depth, if we are behind it is a cooler. By shoving we can get a lot of folds from our opponent which is great, and if he calls we have a decent equity too.
