Hi,

I would likely fold turn or call him down.
I doubt he is 3-betting too many worse hands and usually he is giving up his Ax hands on the turn

I think river fold is fine. Your range looks pretty strong and I don't expect him to expect us to fold an overpair on this board. So I think he's definitely playing for value.

Turn fold could be a fine play, even if it looks weak. The turn is a bad barrel card and he seems to be on a little tigher side I also think, that AK, AQ, Ax won't fire turn, considering again that your range looks pretty strong and if you called flop you won't really fold anything on this turn.

This precisely. The other problem is that even if you know you're OK against his range on the turn, without a good idea of his river tendencies (or generally your MTT opponents' default river tendencies) you put yourself in a very very tough river spot with a potential to make a big mistake.
