Poker Stars $0.01/$0.02 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 6 players
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

BTN: $1.32
Hero (SB): $2.78
BB: $1.86
UTG: $4.27
MP: $2.47
CO: $1.69

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is SB with 7♦ T♠ A♣ 8♣
1 fold, MP raises to $0.06, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.18, 1 fold, MP calls $0.12

MP is loose passive, BB is a nit but will complete bb if its cheap, I'm raising to isolate MP and take the pot down on the flop or turn.

Flop: ($0.38) 4♦ 5♠ T♥ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.22, MP calls $0.22

Betting for value with top pair, a gutter and 3 overs to 2nd pair. Expecting action from low wrap type hands and two pairs with some sort of draw

Turn: ($0.82) A♠ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.65, MP folds

again, I think i'm likely ahead with top two pair vs a lesser two pair or a pair and weaker draw. I don't expect this villain to put more money in often, but I do expect him to overcall with dominated hands often. He may also spaz out from frustration and so I want to give him the option to get it in.

Spoiler

Final Pot: $0.82
Hero mucks 7d Ts Ac 8c
Hero wins $0.79
(Rake: $0.03)

Post flop played out standardly and there was nothing else you could do.

Preflop is what I am worried by. It's not a hand I am happy 3 betting with, especially out of the blinds because there isn't actually anything you're favourite against.

If MP is indeed a loose player then you're going to have a lot of problems on the turn on most boards since you wont hit it that well, which will leave you not knowing whether you're ahead or behind (since you are out of position).

I would tighten up in the blinds against loose players with hands like this.
