Preflop:

Fold. Our hand is too weak to call here.

Flop:

Just call. Our hand is not good enough to stack off and there is no need to raise/fold.

Turn:
Villain rarely got QQ+ here after he just called on the flop so I would bet big to ~600 chips and I'm stacking of. The only eights in his range are A8 and may be some suited gapper but with them he is folding on the flop.
