Preflop raise is fine. Unfortunately you get 3 callers and quite a bad flop. Bottom pair and three outs to the nuts isn't enough to bet so I agree with checking this back. On the turn you probably should just fold now as there are 0 good river cards for you.

Likewise on the river all you can do is fold. It looks like villain had quads or a full house on the turn and was just waiting for a draw to hit before betting. Pretty easy fold.
