let's say just, hypothetically, that one does actualy manage to prove online shuffling isn't as random as in live poker by all the required standards.
What would be the next step? Is it even possible sites would be suited, closed, etc. because of that reason?
it would destroy online poker imo. probably forever. there would be a massive legal fallout, i highly doubt any site implicated would be allowed to stay open.
buuuuuuuuuut that's not gonna happen is it.
For this, legal prosecution would be required. That's the part I'm worried about. About it is already constructed in a way it is almost imposible IMO, even if something is proven ...
