I don't like the situation 3betting put me in here, so I think flat-calling is better. I'm not sure whether I have enough equity to go broke preflop If villain 4bets, considering the dead money. (of course, I would then push instead of flat-calling the 4bet)

So, am I right about pushing over 4bet, or should I fold?

Your hand is not strong enough to repot it. The decision is weighted between a fold an a call.
Since you get odds 1:3 after CO shoves you're pretty much priced and since you'll have at least 33% equity almost every time. I'd hope that UTG overcalls the raise, too, since it's a bit more likely that CO and UTG block themselves with broadwaycards, bets case is when both hold AA**, so an overcall is better than a push.
