Notita- calls 30BB open`shove PF w A3s

PF=I did not wanted to 3bet and get this pot larger, because he called every 3bet so far and AJ although it might be a value 3b here it's not an overall great hand and we`re out of position vs a villain who is calling down a lot. - so we have very little fold eq postflop

Flop = value raise- I`m getting called by any 9x, worst Jx, probably even by TX.

Turn= nothing changes, 97 and Q9 had us beat anyway before... I think he would have raised flop with a set,two pair or overpairs.

River= I go for max value, I think he`s calling any worst Jx(J9,QJ,KJ) maybe AT if he puts me on 9x.

Q: Was this overplayed because I was a bit tilting? Or was it fine?

Looking back at the hand I think the river shove was a bit ambitious but he had less than pot size left... he`s not the guy to shove 9x to a check so we can't check/call. Check/folding just sucks about putting so much money in the pot.

What do you think?

Hi.

Preflop is close. I think a 3b would be good actually vs such a whale. Flop raise is overplay vs many regs but i think going for 3 streets here is good vs this fish. And if u are not willing to shove river then why raise in the first place??
