I don't think i have got the odds to call... his turn check indicates for me that his flop draw was still missing, river betting full stack oop after a bet on the turn form me smells like a straight..

Good or Bad fold?

call river because draws missed. it's closer decision with bottom set, but with top set i would always call this.

potbet turn is mandatory, and you have to call a river shove then. as played it is very close, I think since it's an 8 and not a 9 you can call. the 8 completes the gutshot and an unlikely 47xx but he'll push busted draws often enough to make the call slightly +ev.
