I think it was abit of a over-bet.
650-700 would of been ok.

shove is playable against 2 opponents as well IMO.

Hi SharkySmurf,

I would 3bet-all-in here with AQs. We have quite a bit of fold equity against Cutoff's range, and even if we are called, we often have the best hand.

On the flop I would opt for a check/raise all-in. Overbetting here generally doesn't get us action from worse hands (we can assume to have the best hand here)
