Hi guys,

I'm looking at finally taking advantage of some of the nice first deposit bonuses that pokerstrategy has to offer. I'm trying to figure out which one is the best for me, and the biggest thing I need to know is approximately how much rake per 1000 hands you generate while playing Nl100 SH (I don't play with poker tracker yet, so I don't have easy access to this info), and the same thing for Nl50 SH.

I want to make sure I pick a bonus that I'll be able to take full advantage of, so this info would help a lot.

my poker tracker says 76 MGR / 1 k hands at nl 100 .
not sure how reliable is the info .
i guess it depends how lose you are playing too

This helps me give me an approximate amount of hands I'd need to play to clear different bonuses!
