Flop: You may not have too much value betting the with such a weak kicker when you are 3-way. consider checking back the flop.

River: As played only thing you beat is a hand like KT/QT being turned into a bluff. If not, straights and flushes both get there and you lose to a ton of stronger AX combos so this seems like an easy fold.
