RIVER ($2.10) J♣ A♠ 5♥ 6♥ 4♣

Hero checks, BTN bets $1.50, Hero calls $1.50

Spoiler

BTN shows 4♠ A♥
(Pre 30%, Flop 91.2%, Turn 95.5%)

Hero shows 8♠ 8♥
(Pre 70%, Flop 8.8%, Turn 4.5%)

BTN wins $4.87

25/25 4h

Flop std - he has wide range.

River: Was thinking that he most likely does not have ace because did not bet turn.
And also Jx might not bet that big. So this sizing looked polarized. He does not put me on strong hand also when I check river after turn is chekced.

Hey SPeedFANat1c,

Don't think flop call is that standard. Really borderline. Might be a standard call on the A72r though.

Don't think villains river range is necessarily polarized. There are a decent amount of mid-strength hands that will do this like weaker Ax KK/QQ etc. Also it's not a standard spot where guys bluff since they usually continue their aggression on turn if they want to bluff.

Don't think you have the best hand most of the time on rive. Maybe a really thin call due to pot-odds but I would probably check/fold.
