River seems like a blank, I don't see why vbet turn and check/fold river too often. It means your turn vbet might actually be too thin, therefore incorrect (not always, just a consideration).

If you expect him to call wide on the scare card because you are percevied to bluff it often, that means he calls T8s, 78s, 76s, etc and he can consider bluffing the river with those. I don't like betting turn here with the plan of folding so many rivers because it means we basically minimize the chances we get to showdown. I favour turn check/call and go from there. Your opponent is not that aggressive so you should be able to get to showdown with the best hand frequently.

What you should also consider is the option to now check/raise the river against his small sizing. If you think his value range contains floats like AJ from the flop, I don't see them able to call very often. At the same time, I don't see him vbet a set or flush with this sizing too often but could be wrong about that.
