It depends. The problem is, that if you cold call a hand like that, it's very likely when the flop goes 3,4 way, that someone alse has a very simmilar rundown to yours. Also by cold calling, you are not closing the action and can get 4b.
So then you can calculate your odds in a 3b and 4b pot, and you can count them incorrectly, due to the fact your opponent has a lot of your outs. Then both get the money in vs AAxx, only to have AAxx in much better shape unlike if you were HU. People like to play high cards, so when the flop goes multi-way you can really take a lot of each others outs which hurts you in all SPR scenarios..
It works out great when 2 players have AA, but when they don't, AA is usually a huge favorite. OFC that doesn't mean a call would be terrible with such a super premium rundown (that's why i said as a general rule), but OP's hand is much much worse than that.
The only hand i wouldn't mind ever cold calling 3bets, are very strong double pairs.
