I don't like the check on the turn though, you've got no reason to be afraid, it's very rare to flop a flush, most often he will be drawing and I don't want to give a free card.
As played I'm reraising him to something around $4.5~$5.

On the river just put him all-in directly, if he's calling $5... he's also able to call $5.15
No way you can fold here, so don't even think about it.

ok, seems like he had you beat. only possibility is with higher fullhouse, dont bother. set over set, full house/full house are pretty rare situations

Why all the overbetting? that usually makes worse hands fold and I really don't want that.
