Turn/river? I thought he could pay with twopairs, maybe KQ sometimes. AK is not too likely (would have raised pre vs the maniac), AQ the same, plus he just called turn.
On the river just about potsize left, and I chose to bet ~1/3p. He is not too aggro, and I showed strength before, so I dont think he will bluffraise me very often.
