Pre flop - this is a fold. We are oop and he's opening utg that's his strongest range. Call is at best marginal here.

Flop and turn - easy big bets for value against a fish. Check raise is fine too if he cb often.

River - he's never ever betting worse here. Even 2p might beat us and I think more often it's going to be the straight with such a big bet size. Easy fold.

Should we really fold AT vs his minraise? I thought we should consider 3betting him. He is a huge fish, with clear maniac tendencies. I'm not sure he even gives a damn about position...

As I wrote, he plays 53/41... His positional R1st stats (small sample though):
UTG/MP/CO/BTN/SB 43/63/50/71/100

Positional stats are really important. Usually people play much tighter on utg but it appears in this case he's opening super wide. So we can pplay this like bu vs bb where we are bb and make the call..

I think being out of position is a big minus. The small raise size is not enough to justify a call. If we make the call in this case it's because he's opening utg really wide like 30%+ and iI think we do have that wide range here.

As for 3betting, how does he play against 3brt? Fold often? Fold to cb on flop after calling pre flop? I think it's more profitable to call and keep in his weaker range.
