Preflop:
You don't have to open raise in this situation. Since there are no antes in play I would switch between open raising and open folding it. However, the open raise is fine as long as you have solid postflop skills.

Flop:
Something went wrong with the converter I guess. If I get it right you bet 160 chips and get called by two opponents. The rest of the action seems to be happening on the turn. Therefore: nh Flop

Turn:
After betting 2/3 potsize your opponent goes allin. You need ~35% equity for a break even call. Let's have a look at the ranges:

I don't see any bluffs in his range. Therefore his range is quite strong. Too strong to call with our holding. By betting the turn we allowed our opponent to force us to fold away our equity.

The better choice for the turn play would have been a check/raise allin. That way you get in your chips with a solid fold equity. If you get called you still have a decent equity yourself. The fold equity makes the play benefical.
