You can but noone will believe you


I´d c/f river. Q is blank. Why you should hold Qx on the flop, unless you hold Q4,Q5, Q9, but players would call a lot, since the don´t believe you and they are getting 3:1 on their money, which is very good prize, since you could easily hold missed flushdraw.
