To begin with, A10o, even A10s, is not a hand I'd raise from MP1. It's not a big hand in full ring and you will find yourself in many tricky situations, given that you often will play out of position for the rest of the hand - since there's a high probability that someone cold calls in MP2-BU.
Raise it from MP3+ IMO - A10o, KJo and AJo are hands I personally dislike and I don't want much trouble with them.

As played, I'm ok if I ship it on the flop - I won't fold it anyway.


I think raising AT in MP1 is fine, but folding is also good. Not a lot worse hands would call you pre-flop.
On that flop: bet/call is imo the only solution. I´m not folding here top two, unless player is nit. If he has here AK, AQ, then he´ll bet again on the turn and you can shove, but if you´d shove flop, then he might fold weaker hands.
