A few questions about the hand and how we should play our ranges on this board:
1. Plan was to bet, c/c c/r since this board is somewhat connected in that villain can have a few gutshots/ OESD (AJ, AQ, QJs). Sounds reasonable?
2. On a less cordinated Kxxr board, better to opt for a c/c line with topset? (say K72r)
3. Hands to put in our c/call range on this board?
4. If villain calls OTF, turn goes check check, river bet? (reasoning being we block combos for top pair, making vilains range consist of less "thin"valuebet hands (Kx)
5. Same as 4, but we hold TT for middleset, check twice sicne villain can have more hands Kx in his range?
