Hi folks,
In the previous couple games, I have begun to greatly doubt my game. This thread will allow to track my long journey breaking out of the micro-stakes, right from bottom (NL2) and up into the small stakes. I feel the best place to start is by setting some goals.
Long term goals:
- Have the sufficient skill and bankroll to take shots at NL100.
Short term goals:
- Apply 3 basic concepts to my poker game.
- Remove one your biggest mental game weaknesses.
Daily goals:
- Spend 30 minutes evaluating previous hands.
- Spend 30 minutes learning tactical concepts.
- Spend 30 minutes learning mental concepts.
- Spend 3.5hrs playing poker.
I have a lot of free time over the next few weeks so I'm going to capitalise on it and try to improve my poker game as much as possible. I'm going to focus on improving my biggest weaknesses, which is confidence and also investing too much with relatively weak hands by calling or bluffing.
Kind regards.
