Preflop: Any reason for the small 2bb open? I think you should just raise it up to 3bb by default
Turn: I'm not betting here with JT, I think the value is a little too thin. If you had KT then betting is fine.
I think you can call the Turn raise and play some rivers. I would check/shove on a spade.

Why is raise to 2.5x is not ok? (I raised 2€ + there is SB) Our SB range is generally weak and we are OOP and I think there wont be much of a difference in villains play if we open to 3x or to 2.5x, but 2.5x makes it cheaper to steal for us.

A smaller raise makes sense in 2 situations
1. Villain's calling range doesn't change based on your raise size - He still folds a lot even vs a smaller raise. good vs nits
2. Villain is aggro and 3-bets a lot - raising smaller allows you to lose less money when you face a 3-bet and fold.
Given that he's a fish (since he doesn't have 100bb), I don't think any of these two conditions apply to this hand. Raising larger not only generates more PF fold equity, but he probably plays weak on Flops too so you earn more with your flop Cbet.
