Never seen this sort of shove be a bluff, esp after you raise the turn so for me it's just a snap fold.

I think pre, flop and turn are great there. On the river usually check/fold.. With his high VPIP he just calls a lot of A high, KQ type hands plus if he has QJ, KT, I think the Ace might scare him to fold some of the time, therefore you don't get value against his range with a bet plus knowing he is passive, he is unlikely to bluff.
