SSS Preflop play is rather standard:
It is either Fold or Raise.

You raised 5BB preflop and SB Clickraises you to 10BB.
Now according to your stack:raise ratio you have the following ratio:
14.5BB : 5BB
=
2.9~ and according to that chart, you are definitly allowed to go all-in with your AQo.

Calling here is not an option as you give the SB the iniative on the Flop and you do not know what he really has (his minraise doesnt make sense and gives a wide range of hands)

On the Flop, the SB leads out as expected due his iniative.
Based on the Pot odds you have to invest 0.95 to win $2.2+$0.95.
It gives you a 3.31:1 pot odds which means its on the edge of +EV and -EV to call this one.

As I will discount only one out (the Ace of the AJ he might have) - You can call here yes.

My preferred play would be:
Preflop: Standard 4+1BB raise -> All-in when someone reraises me

PostFlop, if someone called, the pot would be 10BB (Rake already substracted) so a normal C-bet of 6BB is appropriate.

On the turn its an easy shove then.
