Hello,

no reads on villain. Can I bet the river larger for value?

Hi.

You have two pairs here. I don't know why you are betting so small. Just bet 3/4-full pot and hope he plays a queen passively and calls you on the River.

Betting small only applies to unique situations. If not you should be betting 1/2-full pot in most situations.

Those unique situations include
1. Villain has a polarized range. He check/raises the Flop and bets the Turn and checks the River. In this instance he usually has something which check/folds so betting small with your entire range makes sense
2. Thin value - Your hand is barely ahead of villain's range so you need to bet small to ensure that he continues calling with everything.
