nl2 KJ vs short stack

Can we get away from his all in on the flop considering his stack size and that he's limp/called PF? Or should it be a call?

Hello,

I prefer making it 6-8 cents preflop considering villain's stack.

I would bet/fold flop here. I don't think he shoves much worse hands here.
