What to do preflop and why ?

On the flop if someone of the check/raises ?

I think on the turn I show bet to ~200 chips. I don't like my shove.

pre-flop. flat is OK! it will be a reshove vs a looser player, but vs this guy it will be very marginal to reshove.

go broke on flop vs c/raise. flop c/r would probably mean flush draw and you still beat some weak aces from SB.

turn, as long as you bet turn the sizing doesn't matter. it will be obvious you are committed once you bet turn.
