Hi

Preflop: I raise to iso early position limper and play heads up. both blinds call :/. I think calling is out of the question because I dont want to play this hand multi way, so probably a raise or fold is best.

Flop: I hit top pair and want to get value and when SB donks 1BB I get confused. Did I raise too much here? Is a raise even the best line? UTG will call a lot of hands for 1BB so its hard to narrow his range.

Turn: Value bet of just over 50% of the pot. Is this an opportunity to practise pot control or is value betting the correct move?

THanks!

Hi,

pre flop - UTG range is stronger than MP and CO limp and there is a possiblity of getting limp/raised and KTo isnt exactly strong so i dont really like the 5bb open unless UTG is a proven fish like 90/10 over 50 hands or something. ill make it like 4bb. just small nitpicking

flop - their bets is as good as checks, how big would you bet if they checked? im thinking 15-18bb for value.

turn - what hands are we getting value from? not that many and our hand might not be good enough to go for 3 streets. so i like the smaller sized bet or maybe a check back for value on the river.

Thanks
