Raise/broke flop seems pretty nice because you've got the 2nd nut flush draw + gutshot and your opponent leads weak. This is most of the time a very poor hand and you've got a lot of FEQ and enough equity against better hands. I don't like that calldown because it kills your action if you hit the flush. You won't get value anymore from worse hands.

Players often donkbet to see cheap turn card or to find out if they are ahead. If you raise, you have huge FEQ and if you miss you can take free river card.
