PokerStars Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (10 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9♠, 9♥
6 folds, CO (poster) raises, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, 1 fold, CO (poster) calls

Flop: (7 SB) 3♥, 6♥, K♦ (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls

Turn: (4.5 BB) A♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero folds

Total pot: $4.50 (4.5 BB) | Rake: $0.20

CO : 17/5/0.9 33% (224) VPIP/PFR/TAF WTSD%

Is the 3-bet here preflop good against this villian looking at his pfr% ?

Should i be firing the turn with this guys range ? I decided not to and i believe agaisnt his range this is a bad turn so i still like the check/fold. Would like to double check my thinking.

I think its ok to 3bet this CO-steal raise by this player with 99 in the SB.

On the turn i dont like to check/fold here. The A is the perfect scarecard if he somehow has an lhand ike Kx and if we check we are going to get bluffed to much.

So lead turn, or check/call ?

I would lead the turn and if i get raised i think i can find a fold there.

But like wilm said if u check that turn u will get bluffed or semi bluffed too often;
suppose he has a flush draw and u checked to him that ace i think he will bet most of the time since your check seems pretty weak.

I guess the tricky part would be the river if he just calls your turn bet.
Not sure what to do if a blank comes: Check/call? , check/fold?
I think i would check/call , and if another hart hits the river folding wouldnt be that bad?

Ok kinda funny hand i played after i wrote that :)

0,5/1 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.60 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BU with 6♦, 6♣
2 folds, Hero raises, SB calls, BB folds.

Flop: (5,00 SB) 3♣, J♠, A♠ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls.

Turn: (3,50 BB) 4♣ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls.

River: (5,50 BB) 4♦ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: 5,50 BB

Results follow (highlight to see):
Hero shows two pairs, sixes and fours (6d 6c)
SB shows a pair of fours (Ks Qs)

Hero wins with two pairs, sixes and fours (6d 6c)

But it is easier to play since i have the position and i can easily check behind , but i think if i checked that turn he would bet almost all the time.

not exactly the right place to post a hand but wp :)
bet for free showdown is good. fold to a raise at any point

If i am firing turn and i am prob check calling river, unless of course i hit a 2 outer for set or something then i am gonna try pump it up.

What do the hand judges think ?

well i think thats a pretty good question...
default this would be check/call river for me but against this guy it´s pretty close imo. i mean: even from the CO his open raising range doesn´t seem to be super wide. tbh i tend to check/fold the river if it goes bet/call, bet/call.
i´m really interested in wilm´s opinion though :)
