I think calling on the flop is ok, as it's not drawy, but I would probably raise to build the pot.

On the turn I think you should bet a bit more, as the board has become quite drawy and there are 2 opponents.

On the river you should definately bet more, as your hand is too strong to play B/F considering the pot size, so a normal valuebet should be most profitable.
Unless you're sure that he'll fold too many of his hands to a bigger bet.

I'd raise on the flop to build the pot and extract value. I also would like to get villain all-in by the river so the sooner I start building the pot the better, I wouldn't make it too large though as there's no need to protect, I think $5.50 in fine.

As played I'd make it $6 on the turn.

As played I'm putting villain all-in on the river. He's got less than potsize, and he was willing to come all this way with you, he's probably not folding it here.

Notice that if you had started building the pot earlier, it would be much easier to put him all-in on the river.
