Not much to say. With only a weak draw and a heavy FD board your only choice is c/f.

I say: hell no! The main issue: bb means you're practically always oop on the flop and that's pretty weak case to try drawing out (especially if you're drawing to second-best flush...).

I'm folding such a hand instantly preflop.
