pre flop - if we 4bet here and he jams, what kind of range is he jamming with? probably premiums KK+ AK maybe QQ. and his 3bet range here is pretty strong against UTG range so we can consider calling and playing oop.
flop - Qxx board is pretty bad for us because Q hits his 3bet/call range pretty hard and if he has TT JJ hes probably not folding to a single bet. this is probably a check/fold.

yes, mots likely premium. But I still think they 3bet some of the time with bluffs so I win preflop from his folds.
But I have learned somehow that calling OOP is really bad.
