I'd 3bet pf, if he rarely folds I do 4x - 4.5x his raise for value :)

On the turn it's very tough to call being deep I guess, and it's a dry board... but on the other hand he's pretty loose... I think I'd fold.

Raising preflop makes it alot easier postflop.

As played i think i can find a fold here. Even if he is representing a small range of hands.
