Postflop: as played bet bigger on the river (half pot) and we can expect some value from pairs and AQ floats.
Why not 3bet AK here? I thought that generally worse hands could call.
On the turn I was thinking to ch-shove. What do you think on that?

I didn't say we can't 3-bet. I said we can't 3-bet/5-bet (or 3-bet/shove). If you do that you will surely lose money at this limit.
As far as the turn goes I would prefer to barrel as I doubt he bets much of his range himself. And what he bets does not fold to a shove.
