After he min raise i think his sizing is week and no except much 4bets from him with his preseved range. After he come over top with 3better and 1 caller i am no sure where i stand. :/

Exactly! When you don't know how to play after you 3bet, better don't 3bet at all. 9-man is simple. When this deep, vs unknowns, you just 3bet powerhouses, QQ+ for this spot. You have a hand that you overplay by 3betting imo, plus you have position, that's a big advantage, so you don't need to go that strong.
