Well depends on your reads. Is he 3betting a lot? If so I raise/fold the flop. Call is also ok. On this turn you can give up. But here he checked behind which is imo a sign of weakness. After that play I put him on 99 - KK. c/f river is ok. Betting doesn't create enough fe imo. A bluff c/r would be an option, but as long as you don't know your opponent it's too advanced, he has to be able to fold hands like 99-QQ.
