Hi,

Flop is actually a decent spot to cbet even multiway. You block QQ, JJ, KJ, KQ that are typically found here and also have OESD. AJ, AQ won't call once you bet 3way either. Your equity vs Kx is still decent when they do call so FE + Equity makes it a cbet imo. Once you check, you don't get the odds to call turn without either bluffing river or expecting huge implied odds when you hit. I dislike check back flop and calling turn since it's generally a line that requires you to hit to win vs your opponent's typical ranges.

Would you turn the hand into river bluff as played? And if it went cbet flop, check back turn HU?

No, you can't make him fold Kx here, you beat Tx now so check back river is the way to go.

If you cbet flop and get called, I would consider barreling the turn quite often. Stacks are pretty good for that, you put villain is an awful spot unless he has TT basically, when he is never folding anyway.
